Dave and I were neighbors siince elementary school.  We had lots of fun together and I am sorry he has passed on.  I remember one halloween when we soaped lots of windows.  Boy did we get in lots of trouble for that.

Rest in peace David.

I hope I get this right, Dave and family lived on Ludlow just a block or two away from my house on 7th Street. I just want to add my condolences and may he Rest In Peace! This doesn't appear to be a good year for members of the class of '62. Stay Safe and Stay Healthy classmates.

So sad!  Our Classmate Profile page is beginning to look like one big rose garden. I Also liked Dave. He was always a kind soul. As I read many of our class mates coments about their childhood growing up in the Village of Rochester, I feel I lost something by being from Brooklands School. What a wonderful time and what a nice tight knit group of kids you all were and still are. May God bless and keep you Dave and may He bless and keep all your wonderful childhood friends.

Dave found out in January that he had lung cancer.

I went to the visitation on Friday. Dave was along time member of the Rochester Lions Club. He served twice as President. The Lions Club had a special tribute to Dave for all the special things he had done. Also the Leader Dog for The Blind had given him before special President award for helping to raise over $200,000 in funds. The Leader Dog had a dog there to honor him for everything he had done. Between the Lions Club members people from Leader Dog and friends there was over 100 people in attendance.

Dave mother Gail look really good getting around with a cane and she is 104 years old.

I went To the funeral service on Saturday 8/28 at the church. There was about 200 people attending the service. Again  there was great tributes to honor him. There was Bagpipe playing before the casket enter church and at the end of the service.

Rest In Peace Dave

Thanks Dave Wright for clarification on Dave's location, I couldn't quite recall but knew he was in the neighborhood.
